The new Miles Partridge and HipSlack album is available on itunes and at Cd Baby!! This album consists of members of HipSlack plus guest appearances form some of Raleigh, N.C. best musicians. MC Squared helped start HipSlack and he and Miles collaborated for years prior to forming the band. His vocal talents are unmistakably a valid component to the albums atmosphere and tone. Tim Worrell spent time lending hid solid drum grooves as well, complementing the sound as a percussionist as well as writing vocals for the albums 2nd track, Sushi!

Not just a pianist, but a violinist as well, Craig Hanneman helped layer a few tracks with his amazing talents. Drummers Jody Brantly and Duncan (Boulder) Allen both contributed as well as Bassist Billy Price. Also of note are the vocal tracks lent by siblings Mike and Amanda Owens. Mike (being Miles' roommate) sang vocals on a track when he got off the road and had lost his voice performing live! Mike and Miles also collaborate on their own project, Wilberforce.

Current members of HipSlack managed to get some jams in as well. Adam (Bomb) Peterson, having been a long time jamming companion with Miles laid outstanding bass lines on tracks as well as writing and performing the rap for "Fat Boy"! Bongo John's first duty when he joined in Mid 2010 was to come up with the drums for "Who's Chillin' the Most", a track inspired by Miles' performance on Kid Rock's Chillin' the most cruise! Newest to the band, Dan Woodward even managed to lay down the finishing touches to the track "Party all Night"! With both a charity album already in the works and a new record of originals on the way, be ready to eat up more HipSlack after sinking your teeth into the first release, simply titled, HipSlack "One"!
